Grading is at a rapid pace as roads take shape. Approximately 90 % of the grading work is complete. The drive through this gated lake community is going to be beautiful and enjoyable as you drive home or to your vacation home.

Progress Energy has started work on the utilities and plan to complete their project in six (6) weeks. Paving will start shortly after the utility work is completed.

A private dock and a community dock have been built and both look great. As you drive your boat to your dock you will be amazed at the natural beauty of the point.

The private boat storage design is complete and is part of the grading work in progress.

The upscale elegant gated entrance design is complete and will be part of the final touch.
